The Central library of Govt. Degree College, Kamalpur is one of the open access automated Library. This caters mainly to the students and staff members of the institution.

Working hours:  10.30 AM to 4.30 PM on normal working days

Facilities available:

  • Reprographic facilities (mainly Xerox facilities) given to through the central Xerox unit. All the members of the central library can take this opportunity.
  • Internet facility is also available in the college central library, each and every department and students can also take this opportunity from the college IT department laboratory.
  • Carrier corner – Central Library have an Carrier Counseling corner, any job aspirants students,  teachers staff of this college take this opportunity for his/her carrier development.
  • Tripura corner: To know your state more bitterly, college central library a book corner with Tripura related valuable resourceful books.
  • Recourse sharing; GDC, Kamalpur Students staff can take a good opportunity regarding access of books and reading material from Bimal Sinha Smrti Granthagar, (Sub-divisional Library, Kamalpur).
  • Extension services: Every department of the college and the ST Boys Hostel has own departmental/ extension libraries.
  • Training: The college Library  is conducting one month  training programme  for students in the  name of “Library Management Practice” for  Library best practice.
